I have it in my Left knee and my right knee is slowly going into it. It's fine at the beggining of a day then some days it just shits you all day. I you get hit right on the bumb (especially after use) it's so painful. Some days i stretch for half an hour and ice it sometimes too. Almost a year now with it.

i think i have it too. my brother and dad had and my left knee's been hurtin for a couple months now. sometimes i almost poo in my pants it hurts so bad
