Basically, you're screwed. Because for that to happen they would have needed to be in there super tight, so hammering them out of a screwdriver is pretty much impossible.

Get A 13mm Socket Head And It Should Come out I Do It To Alot Of bearing For My friends And stuff Works Everytime Hope that Helps
