whats the best way to do backflip, so no head hitting into coping? i cant really think much but i guess you will pull when your first wheel is left the ramp or how? ive tested in foam and i cant really tell..starting to late might get you not enought spinning :\

you need to get more speed than you normally would to go up the ramp, go up to it as normally as you would doing any other trick but half way up the ramp start to lean back and you will start to rotate...keep stiff at the start so you pop off the lip of the ramp...its easier than it sounds and you dont even have to try hard to get the full rotation..best to learn into the foam pitt...watch the vid in my sig if you want, itl help.

flipping off of swings first helps alot, it feels exactly the same.

i start my flips right before i hit the coping.

jump hard and try to be perfectly horizontal when youre about 2-3 feet out of the ramp.

if you under rotate then tuck your legs up, and if you under rotate then just keep them straight.
