what is an easy way to paint it without taking out the bearing cups, and without screwing up ur headset bearings

easiest way to do is take off the head tube and your head set so u just have the head tube its self and i would sand it just to make the paint last longer then paint it and clear coat

1) take off headtube from scooter
2) cover the headset cups with masking tape
3) paint it
