How do you get a color

like this? becuase theres no way do get that look with powdercoating or just sraying alone, serous answers please, thanks

like see how its all shiney and shit and normal paint just its like shiny from the clear coat its like a differnt kind of shine idk if ne one knows what im talkng bout but theres deffently a differnce between that paint and normal paint i just dont know how to do it like ive heard of like baking its or sumthing or eletricly charging it or sumthing idk ill try to find a differnt pic

EDIT here's the pic i was looking for how do you get that purple to look like that

spray paint sucks get it powder coated....or if not spray paint 1 coat and then clear coat it a few times after its Very dry
