Pegs roughly 35-40 mm. Unless im a dumbass and they already are a thing. They seem to me to always be longer than that or hella short.

You are aware that you can cut longer pegs into any lenght you want, right?

I don't have a circle saw, and I've tried UA pegs and they broke in a day on me, I have no clue why either because I'm not the best at grinds

Circle saw? A regular hacksaw can do the job as well. They cost like ten bucks. A very handy tool to keep in your regular in-house toolkit anyways.

Candies take a shit load of time to paint, and the candy clear itself is expensive to buy. It's not just a normal solid color
