parts

yeah, so i went up to my neighbor and he works with metal and has a laser cutter etc.

it turns out that he can make just about any part for a scooter, decks, forks, bars, brakes.

So, im going to be working on a deck design, a brake, a fork, and bars.

I'll post them up in a bit so you all can take a peek and maybe get some ideas if you are tryin some of the same stuff.

id focus on the fork, the deck, and maybe the bars.

i know i need forks like 99% of the time, and the other 1% when i dont need a fork, i need a deck

The fork is going to be reenforced with two arches so that it wont bend side to side, and the tube will be three times as thick.

The brake will allow you to brake going fakie and not fall on your ass.

The folding mechs can be changed off of the decks since they are bolted, so you can pick the one you want for your comfort and style of riding.

Precisely.

I think focus on the forks, as everyone else has said. There are already 3-ish different bar "companies" so that's not as much of a big deal. But forks would be sick, and decks would be pretty cool. Even though I don't break decks that much it would be good to not have to worry at all about breaking them.
