This is what I first thought, it's unfair on the guy because he can hardly string a sentace together. I feel bad for him. But yeah cooper's got till saturday or he's gone.

Permanent. BUT. Make the reason "until you paypal (whats his name) their money back, you are on vacation"

Then he can message us via Facebook or whatever, or the dude who got scammed can tell us he recieved it.
