Perfectionists?

Would anyone else call themselves a perfectionist? I love everything to be neat and tidy, and can't stand anything on my scooter or bike dirty. No food on a plate can touch each other, and that's probably why it took me 2 months to put together an edit and 3 weeks to plan buying a new set up. I get told I have OCD a lot, but I can't stand the term disorder, I also get told I'm like Sheldon of Big Bang Theory.

On certain things, yes. Photography, filming, editing, setting out documents in microsoft office programs, etc.

i have ocd, not bad though. im not a neat freak either, its just i have to have certain things a certain way. i cant stand when a pot or something is filled with still water, i have to empty out all the water. another thing is, when things seem off balance to me, i have to scratch behind one of my ears to balance things out in my head. there's a lot of other things that bother me, but too much to right down :p

Volume on the tele is another one for me - I can't sit still and just feel really uncomfortable if it's not on a 0 or 5.

whenever i walk and my left leg constantly steps over cracks it starts to feel heavy and unbalanced until i step over enough cracks with my right leg to balance it out. its really annoying when im riding a bike lol

Idk why but whenever I watch something in vlc the the mouse has to be in the center of the box. I'll keep moving it untill it's almost perfectly in the middle

i have ocd. everything in my room has to be in the exact same spot at all times unless i use it. i always do the same warm up tricks at the skatepark in the same order.

I'm starting to have problems moving on from practicing certain things on guitar if I feel like I haven't completely mastered it. Not necessarily a bad thing but annoying sometimes.

Tom that's not perfectionism. My friend has really bad perfectionism. He either has to be the best or perfect at something, or he just doesn't bother pursuing it. What you're talking about is just being particular about certain things. That's not even OCD. OCD is my other friend going to gamestop, then spending three hours there alphabetizing every single title, while crying and screaming while his parents tried to pull him away. This was awhile ago, though, he's gotten better about it.

Yeah, I know - those above were just some of my things, I have got very mild OCD, but I hate the word "disorder". I just couldn't think of what else to call it.
