You guys just need to realize that we're all just messing around with the forum. Ricky had every right to be pissed off. A lot of shit was going down at the time because of the early release of the Razor video. I'll admit that I even wanted to download the video but there almost was no more RVM. When Ricky and Josh came up to nor-cal, me and Ostrom sat with the guys and just cried our little eyes out till we we were all dried up. It was a very emotional time for us all. Brian has the right to kick people off but come on, Ricky Wernicke? Giving Ricky a time-out is like trying to do a double bri-flip to grizzly air.....it just doesn't make any sense. So tomorrow Eric "East Bay Emo Killa" Ostrom is flying and I am driving to meet up with Ricky and Josh (hopefully Chris Daiglelaigle as well) and we are going to sit and cry for a couple more hours while it rains outside. Once we are done we're going to cook some Red Baron pizza and think of some cool tricks to do over scooter boxes. Hell, we might even film a couple tricks over some boxes and then post it on the forum, O but wait, we can't because Ricky is banned. So now when you all have a craving for some scooter box footage, don't come crying to Ricky for not posting any. And one last thing.....................................Where be the Cali greens at? You know whats up Ostrom

.... i wanna see some scoot box tricks.... and yea... i totally agree that ricky was starting stuff up, even if he was jes joking around. and i also agree with addy.. that it might be a bit too much to ban ricky, bec/ i mean, hes been around for soooo long and stuff. you 2 should jes talk it out on aim (if you havent already)

Addison, there was a point where he was being pissed at me and expressing it, then just being a plain dick. For the first week i didnt mind it, then he made that 'NBS funnies' video, with the fuck you then my name poped up on the screen, i was like ok whatever and brushed it off, i dont get pissed and hold grudges at people, if i do they really pissed me off. I asked him to stop and told him thats his warning, another thing and hes out. Then he made that threadlocker post and that was it. I dont care who it is thats doing it. I dont put people above other people. To me Ricky is just another scooter rider that makes videos, just because hes sponsored by Razor means he can fuck around on a forum involving scooters. I dont regret my action and hes banned until Feburary unless Andrew decides to unabn him.

Umm I cant really make up my mind about this thing. I think that ricky shouldn't have behaved in such childish way tho (btw when I first saw the thread locker thread I was like "Nice idea, I'm recently having some problems with tightening the folding mech, maybe I should use some", then I saw a pic of brian and started laughing).

yea i have to go with brian on this one. and i am not sucking up just bc of the philly crew thing. (even though it was not me) ricky is just another rider. it all comes back to Famous people come above the law. but they dont..........................

I own SR.
The moderators on SR were chosen for a reason. That reason being to enforce the rules that apply to EVERYONE on here and because I trust their judgement. I don't care who you are or who you think you are, no special exceptions will be made for anyone including "Team Razor Pro Rider Ricky Wernicke". If he doesn't want to follow the rules and chooses to cause problems on this forum then he does not need to be here. Brian is being more than generous to allow him back in a month because he does not have to. Treat the moderators with respect and they will respect you and if YOU choose not to then I will support any disciplinary actions they take towards you.

And Matt, last time I checked the rules don't mention anything about petitioning to bring banned members back. My site. My moderators. My rules. Sorry.
