Phoenix Brake Help URGENT!!!!

ok so i have my phoenix brake in properly it has the one hole and screw and nut and all that but it keeps coming loose after riding for about 2 hours and i have to tighten it back up again is it something wrong with the product or have i done something wrong

any help is appreciated

you need 2 bolts.

yeh drill another hole should work

You dont have to drill another hole, do you have the peice of rubber in between the deck and the brake?

i did but then it popped out

thread locker will fix it without drilling a perfectly good phoenix if u dont have thread locker then superglue does the job
