Phoenix Brake Problem

Iam trying to put a 110mm proto wheel on my phoenix and but the brake is stoppping it for rolling. The brake is too low. How can i fix this ?

Bend it back bright one. It's a flexfender, is it actually that hard to figure this out.

the flex fender should fit 110 mm wheels, you must have installed it wrong. Post pics

I wasn't trying to be a dick but honestly does it take a rocket scientist to figure out that you should bend back a piece of metal that literally has flex in the name.
