Phoenix Brake Undialess

I do I dial my phoenix brake, when ever I go to tighten (im using an allen wrench and a socket) it does not tighten at all, what is wrong with it?

I had an o ring between the washer and the brake but that fell off, could this be the problem?

But how? I dont understand, the bolt does not come loose either

I had the same problem you did. put the rubber washer BETWEEN the brake and the deck... not underneath it.

but my brake bolt is stripped, time for a new bolt :/
