Phoenix Deck Crack

okay so i have a purple phoenix but there's a crack at the bottom weld of the headtube... i was wondering if its a pressure crack or something i should worry about?

most phoenix get them there in about 2 weeks to a year (depending on weight) is how long until you have to worry about it
