Phoenix integrated deck headset problem

I've searched this thread and the deck thread and found nothing that will help solve my problem. Today i got my phoenix integrated deck and put it all together and my headset is constantly loose. I keep tightening it as far as it will go and the headset still shakes. By the way im running an inward tenedor aluminum fork with an integrated starnut but i am 100% sure the threads are not stripped within in the fork. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

make sure your bolt going into your starnut isnt to long. i had that problem today.

If the bolt is like the one that came in your scs, the threads, then a bald spot with no threads, Put a couple of spacers ontop of your top cap before you put the bolt through.

Or...

You need a couple of headset spacers, your fork may be to long enough.
But its not the headset!!!

I have spacers on my fork and my friend said that he had to change the bolt too.

how many spacers are you riding? that happened to me but then I realized the fork was hitting the top cap

1 half inch spacer. But i realized the threads in the fork are stripped when i went ahead and over tried to tighten it and it tightened then got loose again. Looks like a need a new fork, any suggestions? hahaha

Nah just cut off the starnut
