Phoenix Phorx Axle Problem. Help?

Alright guys. I literally just got phoenix phorx and when i was putting the axle in, the axle is jammed in between my wheels...... I have tried my hardest to pull it out with plyers, or hammer it out with a flathead or a allen key on the other end. Anyway to get it out? Also how to get it back in?

Thats last part sounds like a thats what she said joke.

hammer harder, use the allen key, shove it in and hammer it, dont be afraid to manhandle it, its not going to hurt it, ive been riding my phorx for about 8 months

alright. i tried hammering it back in but it doesnt budge.

Is it in the right side? Sometimes 1 side is easier to insert the bolt

Going from the right side, out the left. Ill try left to right again but I dont know....

go the opposite way

put an allan key in the bolt and turn it anti clockwise and pull the axle at the same time.

Same shit happened to me but on the back on my addict. Turns out i was using a wheelbearing spacer thingy that way way to small. Once you get the axle out. take the bearings out and change that spacer.
