The Bolts in the Tilt, Proto and Phoenix are decent but if you buy another brand SCS and the bolts look like the stock Razor bolts I would just replace them right away.
Stock bolts tend to strip out the Allen socket pretty easily.
I would buy extra Bolts anyway and replace as needed at the first sign of the Allen socket stripping/rounding out because once they strip it is a PIA to try and fix/remove the bolt.
