How heavy is the Phoenix compared to other decks?

well almost EVERY post has got you guys screaming at the top of your internet lungs at other people to buy tsi's . They ARE good and all but right now im just interested in a phoenix.
Also, how different is a 4.5 compared to a 4. im still on 4s right now
