okay heres my deal i finally got photoshop and i cant figure out how too use it... i dont even understand how to just get a backround up too draw and mess around on??... its so annoying right now and it would be great if u could help me... if someone knows plz say answer how to get a backround up.. and then maybe respond to another one of my questions that i might post in this please ty...


also i wasnt sure if this was the right thread 4 this but i thought it was... photoshop.. photography???

thats gonna be the easiest place to start. I can help you with some stuff, im sure brian and some other people wouldnt mind helping.

to get a background just make a new layer, select the color in the swatches, and use the paint bucket and just click anywhere in the layer.

I got myself banned.
Well to atleast start, you need a blank canvas/image. So hit file, new (image maybe, i dont have photoshop open), and put in the dimensions. If your just drawing i would just pick the 800x600 or 600x400. In your toolbox, look for the gradient look, right click it and a little sidemenu will pop out with the gradient tool and paintbucket, pick the paintbucket. You can either pick the color in the swatches, or double click the color box in the toolbox and pick your color there. Than just drop the color in the image.

If you just mess around in there you'll learn a bunch of stuff, read tutorials. I think when you open photoshop it has like a tutorial thing too (assuming your on CS2), so check that out.

yes thats what ive heard that u just have to mess around with it a whole lot and u get the hang of everything... and yes im on CS2 that helped alot because i couldnt figure that out... if i need anything else ill just post reply to this again... ty guys

or... how can i download it? If you're talking about Adobe Photoshop, I wanted to get CS2 but it's like $1000 AUD or something and no way I can afford that! (So, is it just me or is it that much)

And which one are you talking about, Jordan?

I got myself banned.
You can get the 30 day free trial from the Adobe site. Dont ask how to download a full version on here though, illegal.

yeah.. i myself own a Warez Site. ( Warez is bunch of programs, videos, etc. for free that is cracked, etc. )
