PLEASE HELP! My Handlebars Wont Move

Whenever i try turning my bars they move about 2mm and then they just wont move anymore. PLEASE HELP!

wd-40 and your dad could help

loosen the headset. and wd40 is that blue and yellow can with the straw sprayer

Your headsets probably too tight

loosen the nuts under your clamp.
