Please Help!

I want to make an image bigger w/o distorting it or pixelating it...is that possible? I have the image I want to make bigger, but I cant make it all over again b/c I dont have the raw image any more and I dont have the program I made it on...

nope.

the only things that can do that are vector images

you can make it bigger but it will look crap haah
