Hi, my son has a razor ultra pro and he desided to take it apart!!!!!!!!!!!!
I now have it in pieces with bits of metal, bearings (from the head set??) and 2 rubber? washers lying on the floor.
He hasn't got a clue how to put it back together.....and nor have I
Can someone please explain how to put it all back together again PLEASE
Many Thanks

well if he lost all the bearings to the headset or the majority of them then that means the headset is probably not going to be able to work now but do you think maybe you could take pictures of it so i could maybe help you get it back together
if you are you can upload them to photobucket.com

Hi, I will try to upload photos. The bearings seem to be in some sort of casing, not loose.

this is what you have *essentially*

bearing here flat side up

same here, flat down. best to put it on the fork first

screw the top caps back on, and get them snug. not tight so that they dont spin, but snug so it spins but doesnt rattle or shake at all. keeps it dialed

and thats about how it should be. as for the rubber shims.. i believe those are there to hold the bearings in the cups better.. seen it on the fsa PIG headsets...

anyone who can help the detail, please edit this post?

once you put the bearings in the cups, put the rubber shims over them. the thicker rubber shim goes on the bottom

Hi, Thanks for that. I seem to have it back together, but without the rubber shims as they just seem to get in the way. I couldn't have done it without your help. Thank you very very much.
