I've seen biker freinds go down without a helmet, and be stuck in coma's for months on end. It's not fun to witness. And I am gonna start wearing my helmet more.

i hope that u dont just wear it more but always. its when were riding to the store or a friends house that this kinda stuff happens most not when were at the skate park. its the casual riding we need to start wearing are helmets for. not just the skate park
