^same i have the worst hip in the world with scars and shit all over it, and my solution to sean wear shorts without pockets and to tommy dont wear knee-pads never have never will i got like leather knees coz ive had so many things smash into them im suprised i dont hav arthritis

i just went to do some stall trick cant remember what it was, but went to put my foot down, and it missed the top of the ramp and i landed on my side on the coping. and my phone was in my pocket. it got fucked.

gym shorts/ shorts without pockets = big hurt if you bite it
in some parks its manditory to wear knee pads think before you drink

when i briflip with my 15's and im wearing a hoody, the bars always get stuck in my pockets and i usually stack hard. :( its all in good fun tho :p
