idk i have never heard of it but the is a skate park in tobyhanna right next to the base.

i rode in Tobyhanna about 2 weeks ago... but i wont be up there again until the summer is almost over!!

its alright 5 ft hip 4 ft coping spine a couple boxes & its free, but the ramps are metal and its outside.
