New bar design. Even though it's been done =[ Give me feedback with what you think. Heres the design below.

Yup , some version of the Rad bars ( V2 said Dre ) were made like that. I don't know if they used caps though. It was not a hole but I think they used a different method to cover the hole and it looked very nice.

How do you make gussets?

Without gussets that crossbar will bend/snap off in any kind of angle, possibly worse than on regular-looking one-piece bars.

the rad v2 design was probably the strongest bar design that i know of, i recall someone (madis? idk) saying that it was overkill haha.
