i dont quite know the angle, but the wider the bars, the more angle it should have, and the smaller the bars, lesser the angle.
these bars where 24 wide and i think they had 45 degrees?
i loved it.

We don't all have wide bars so it's not nessisary unless they are well over 20 wide.
