I might start making some if i get material.
Carbon fiber would not break and if they were to bend they would just bounce back!
They are also lighter and prettier than stock or mild steel!

Not only is this a bad idea from a technical standpoint (as many others have already pointed out), it's also a bad idea because heavy bars make most tricks easier.

You need to make a super thin aluminum one piece bar that is at most about 1/16 inch thick and then do a carbon fiber wrap on it other wise the bars will break really easy. My scooter company is coming out with some in the next year if we get off the ground.

Don't think you know a lot about carbon fiber/physics. But carbon fibre has an average yield point and snaps when it reaches it. Basically: if carbon fibre comes under enough pressure it will snap, no bending and bouncing back. Just snapping and splitting. It's also generally only strong in one direction, so when hit with high enough pressure in any other direction... Snap!

CF on scooters is useless. obvious weightwhorage.

my brother has a prosthetic leg, and He has like a cup where his stump fits in. Thats carbonfiber too, and it actually flexes alot. So if your making a onepiecebar from carbonfiber, the walls will have to be really thick so they wont flex that much.

Haha seem that i didn't research enough lol
It was an idea i had that was possible.
I have the access to carbon fiber and a machine to cut it and a air craft enthusiast with the know how!
I think i should just make forks.
Thanks for your thoughts guys!
Mods can Lock if they want to.
