This teacher I have is selling her camera for $600. Its a Canon D60 with a lens. I forget what type of lens it is but she said it was good. She said she just got back from taking pictures of polar bears. So do you think its a good deal?

I was about to say theres no such camera, but i googled, and i was wrong haha. Never heard of it before.

I don't know that much about cameras and stuff yet but I read something that says the camera itself sells for $1500 dollars. Does it look like a good camera?

no, that was the price when it first came out, a pretty long time ago.
find out what the lens is and post it on here, and theres a lot of canon people on here to tell you if its worth it or not.

i think the actual body is worth like $350, since i saw one go for 350 on skateperception not too long ago.

there was one going on ebay with a 28-80mm lens and a flash for $280, so you might be getting ripped off a little unless the battery is really good and lasts a long time and the camera is totally mint

make sure it doesn't have polar bear teeth in it or water damage from snow. search for prices of smiler cameras.

seam like nice camera..if the lense is expensive then good deal if it cheap then this is a rip off cuz i fount one for like 400$ bucks..

Why does it matter if anyone has them? I just want to know if its a good camera and if its worth buying. I need help from Dylan on this one.

ya, I'm thinking about getting the Rebel XTi that comes with an 18-55mm lens and a 58mm Haze UV-1 Glass Filter, that totals at $613 including shipping, should I?

yess get the filter. Its like a 20 dollar insurance for your lense because the uv filter doesn't really do anything but protect your lens. Erik dropped his 300mm down a drop at a spot and all that broke was the filter. its better paying 20 dollars for a new filter than paying 300-600 for a new lens
