the urithane hooks to the rim so no more dehubbing i thing it will work and sorry i suck at using paint

i see what you are trying to say. but it would be hella hard to make and i dont think that it would work very well. but it is possibly worth a try.

umm it kinda sounds like how most wheels have like holes in the rims for the urethane to go into.

go make some and tell us how it works out, kthx.
 
the green will hook into the urithane and make it hooked on with the holes that the urithane gose through then the hooks will keep it on so the urithane wont come off
 
let me say this it would just work like a stock low pro razor wheel. they have that same structure and they don't dehub its actually a good idea really if you think about it. i get what hes saying. the out side of the wheel would be formed to the core and alot stronger it would work good idea. it would only take a lil more machining on the hub to make that work
 
no you would start with a whole block of billet or whatever and start machining that to how it needs to be it really wouldn't be that spendy
