I just saw Legit scooters' thread on the cops giving him a ticket and taking his scooter so can't have it at cooter con, while having dealed with Dick cops before i feel i have to do something , so here's some ideas to keep the pigs off your back.
1. Is the park actually open? If not your pretty much screwed so look at your surroundings and make a plan of escape(look at #3). If it is then you better over look at #2
2. Buy a freakin helmet and pads! throw them on before the cops see you and sit down. Don't worry , as long as you walk over to something you can sit on and put them on they can't bust you because you ARE obeying the park rules and they wouldn't even have known you were riding before they came up, but if you just sit down with out putting stuff on that doesn't always save you because at my local park there have already been 2 raids for kids without helmets. About 4-5 cop cars rushed in and there were 10 cops in all(about 40 kids so far got tickets) . Believe me this is a good investment. 40$ at BIG 5 for a helmet and pads saves you from a $100 or even $200 ticket.
3. Run and scatter, cops hate to get out of there cars cause they usually have turkey necks and beer bellies like my friend Stefan pointed out. So this means go through small back alleys or anywhere else cars can't. Divide and Conquer. You also don't want to run next to your friends because there are usually more of us then cops so less people get busted(if any).
4. Have fun with it. You were to slow and got caught you're filled with rage and need to let off some steam, utilize your freedom of speech(This kid Kyle told me this and I'm too lazy to Google it and see if he's right because his aunt is a lawyer so it's believable). As long as you make it clear what you are about to say is your opinion you can get away with almost anything. For example "Officer in my opinion your a giant piece of crap who shoves glass rods in his Dick hole and smashes it hammers and then pees on his wife's clit!" In theory of course.
