October 22 - I found some great welders. I'm also prepping the bars.

i dont think they should be thicker than rads. 95% people that buy them will never break them. ill test them.

Are you making the downtube thicker or the cross bar? I think the downtube is fine on rads but you should make the cross bar a thicker wall because thats where most of them break. You should deffenitly use 4130 chromo. Gussets?
