i know the xt has been an epic fail but i have found a solution but mine still needs some work.

all i did is saw the current xt head tube thing off and drilled holes for a jd/razor pro model mech and bolted it on as tight as i could.
And it works but its still heavy.

i rode it today and it seemed to hold pretty well and i might ge tit welded but there arnt many weding places round here that do alu. but i also cut the corners off the back today
