you use gorrilla glue to put the break on then get the thing that holds things tight and tighten it up and wait i will tell you if it works.

thats a good idea if it works, but whats wrong with using a regular break. the only thing that does is makes ur break stop better maybe and it requires alot more space for u wheel so u have to use a worn down wheel, but i guess it will work if u want to stop extremely well and cant get a mad break

use some sticky pads or something, like those ones you put on the bottom of chair legs to prevent them scraping up your floor and then stick em in your brake.
