I own SR.
Half the people stating OPINIONS have not even ridden both types of wheels.

I'm not going to say which is better because it is not my place to do so but once you have ridden BOTH the difference will be very clear to you.

Until you have ridden both and don't have incentive to be biased towards one company or another your post doesn't really matter in this thread. HINT HINT

I would think that eagles would have nothing on protos, becuase people have actually chunked and dehubbed eagles

so far I think so one has made protos completely unridable, I might be wrong

that being said, im gonna go with eagle.
not saying protos are bad, i just prefer eagles.

well protos are like incredibly strong, (the urethane) i have been riding mine a ton and you can still see the line on the middle of the wheel.

both of these wheels are just as fast.

eagles wear down pretty quickly,

i think what i like is 2 eagle 110s

i have ridden both
havent ridden proto in back
but ive ridden eagles on both.
so im just gonna say this as a front wheel.
Speed wise i LOVE my eagle and it just feels like im going way faster than with my proto.
but my protos were reallly incredibly smooth
im still gonna go with eagle though

im confused. nobody is really saying bad things about protos, and lots of people said eagles wear down and chunk. but eagle still is ahead of proto ?!

welll i rode both and i LOVEEEEEEEE the feel of eagle i rode the proto in front at first it was better then in the back for sure it was hella slow and mushy when it was in the back then i got more eagles and the scoot mobbed again i dont know why but protos are only good in front

well eagles actually make 100mm soooo....

eagles. i hate the feel of 110's and i dont need to ride a proto do know that i wont like em already

no pics have been takin. Steven T said he'll take some of his dehubbing protos when he gets his 110 full core eagles

You guys want like FULLY dehubbed? As they are right now, I can take like.. a flat head screw driver, and pull the wheel off the core enough to stick the screw driver from one side of the wheel right out the other..lol


But yea, im getting my 110 Full Core Eagles soon. So then ill post what wheel i like better.
