It's obvious that it's not a flyout, he's just asking if it's reasonable to consider qp to bank hip tricks as worthless as ones done on a flyout. Well, landing on a hip like that is surely more difficult than flying out, as you have to lean forward and land on a surface that's leaned sideways. Landing sketchy is possible on this (unlike, say, going over a boxjump), but if you do that, this is your problem, not the obstacle's. Sure, it's not the most wicked obstacle to do tricks on but it's better than flying out. Same goes to regular qp to bank transfers.
