no they arent adjustable. i am making a one peice bar that goes from the fork up. like some gopeds have. that way it can still be light and strong. it adds weight with adjustment stuff, which isnt a problem with aluminum but with steel i want to keep it light.

and ya boner im making the heads too just have to wait to order the headtubes like i said before because they are machined by solid bikes and i cant make my own.
the reason they arent adjustable is that this design is stronger while staying light and there wont be anything to hit your knees on. af if you want you can cut it to your hight. but i want to make them come in the three most common hights people run their bars at.
