yeah my friend had a ddm pole on his pro 60, they werent to expensive, i think it was like $130 for a complete one

Yeah, but that's because half the dealers rape the customer with that price. It's only worth about $60 tops. As for those poles beind untrustworthy. I hear you on the aluminium pole part. Clamp and stem is fine of course. But the only poles I have heard snap are the old MLC aluminium pro poles but those haven't been made in about a year since MLC quit racing. But that was an easy fix to a steel pole. Given the MLC poles had thinner aluminium, they snapped way quicker. I guess that's what you get for the cheap material for the pole and trying to jump a 25 foot gap haha.
