[poll] wall ride vs. wall tap...

Ok. this really bothers me. People keep calling wall rides "wall taps". Correct me if I'm wrong(but give me proof, don't just make stuff up), but if you are on a wall with both wheels it is called a wall ride. If you do a stall on the wall with your back wheel it is called a WALL TAP. Like a tail tap... but on a wall. I think a wall slap is just a wall ride where you don't actually ride the wall but slap both your wheels against it. Get it right kiddys.

when you do a wall ride you actually i have to RIDE it. i consider it a wall tap if you dont roll on the wall. thats jsut me though. i dont know about everyone else.

thats funny. as i was posting this thread i was thinking, "kids probably think that because of dave mirras freestyle bmx". but thats not how it is in the bmx world. theres acually a bunch of tricks in that game that are not named right. and i think they called it a wall tap because it was hard to program it with just the back wheel.

Wallride - both wheels stalling on wall, while riding
Tire Tap - back tire stall on really any object, including on a wallride

I vote yes, its stupid how ppl love to apparently misquote kind of everything on varities of tricks... wat ev' tym 2 take these 4yr olds to skewl, class is in SESSION!!!
