If you are just moving from stock width 16" wide is a safe bet and 20" tall seems to be pretty common height for a lot of people.

19" wide, and i dont find barspins any harder than with smaller bars...

Yeah I went from stock to 16.5 wide and loved it, now Im at 18s and going to try 20s. I ride 20 tall too. Its a good overall hight, not to short, not too tall.

and its takes some sick

i hated small bars
bar spins were to fast i hated it
i couldnt really do anything wit combos

Im running 15.5 wide and 22 high I probably wont go any wider, I dont know how some of you ride your bars so low, when I had my bars at 18 after a day of riding my back got really tweaked out, and Im only 5' 5"
