Yo, struggling between a b model and a pro model, just cant make my mind up, really want a pro and i'm willing to pay for the scooter and shipping to england which is Ã?Æ?Ã?â??Ã?¢ââ??¬Ã?¡Ã?Æ?ââ?¬Å¡Ã?â??Ã?£85 all together. Or i could get a jd bug b model for $45 and pimp it out. what would you do? Either way im putting yaks on which ever one im getting, i just dont know which would be a better ride in the long run.

how do you guys figure?

jd bug deck is the same as an old b, which is almost identical to a pro model. id go with the jd just because its cheaper and all your losing is the double clamp and shitty griptape

Pros have bit stronger deck than the old-B's since it has thicker spots and those two front holes at the bottom are covered with a U-channel piece.

But in the other hand, if you have JDBugs just in reach and cheap too, then get them and reinforce them and you won't have to worry about pro's shipping etc.

eh i wouldnt say that. i figure it because pro models are twice as thick through the whole length of the deck, which will prevent your dropouts from breaking way longer than a B. and if youve ever ridden an A deck with B foldy with the B plate instead of the modded A plate then you will know it also breaks under the mech, this happens with Bs on occasion too. thats why the pro has the thick steel plate underneath there.

overall the pro deck is better than the B, not even caring anything about the double clamp and griptape.



if you wanna save money get B but reinforce the length of the deck, if youre not worried too much about money and you have no idea how to reinforce something well then get the pro.

my B lasted me longer then my pro except the B's droputs snapped violently and the pro is just getting little cracks in the droputs. anyway id say just get the B and do what madis said

agreed. go for the b, then mod it out. reinforce it and it will be fine.

i dont have to worry about shipping anymore. theres a stor called mini motos that sells all this scooter stuff and i went a couple weeks ago and there selling pro models now

my pro is getting cracks in the dropouts close to the rear wheel, so I'll need to weld it. But I'd get a B if there at hand, reinforce it as hell and ride till it snaps :)

yeah, thanks for the help guys, right now i've just got enough to get a pro model shipped from usa. or i could get a b model and still have enough to put yaks and stuff on, which would you go for?

dont even worry about yaks now. wait 5 weeks till new new batch comes. and like i said earlier get the jd if you think you can reinforce it well, or get the pro if you cant.
