any ideas how to remove the powdercoating on my bars?
Juan. Silver Member Jun 7, 2012 #6 I hand sanded it : i left the bars like that on purpose and the welds like that cause i liked the way it looked. Looks way better in person too. Oh and the blunt sign thingy i also only sanded the diamonds and left the bottom part black

Isaac Coy Steel Member Jul 6, 2012 #17 Aircraft Remover. It's made for removing powdercoating, and it's like $8 at any hardware store. Seriously, use this stuff, it works perfect. Just spray it on and the coating comes off like peeling skin. Yum.
