well im wondering if the pro fork tubeing like the threaded part is aluminum or steal or chromaly cause i might be making threadless ones

Why threadless on the pro fork? wont that make it weaker when you sand them down? because you can't add tube on the outside of the fork because bars won't fit on it. what is the reason your making threadless forks anyway jusr reinforce your current forks and also is it because you have good bars like buffs or one pieces?
