alright well as far as i can tell this is working really well so far so i might as well post up how to do it and what not and maybe just maybe someone else will too. lol

1) buy C channel aluminum.... about 2 feet is good unless you mess up
2) cut it in half so you have 2 seperate pieces
3) cut those in half lengthwise
3.5) (you now have 4 pieces, put 2 of those together to make a rectangle rod)
4) ducttape one end just a bit
5) ducttape the other end heavily as to make it fit very tight in the deck
6) ducttape the middle as well
7) get a mallet and pound the pieces into the deck with heavily duct-taped side in first and lightly duct taped towards the back dropouts
8 )clamp them in
9) drill out the back axle spot with the right sized drill bit
10) drill out the brake pin spot with the right sized drill bit
11) put the wheel into the spot where it goes without the axle or anything, measure the distance on each side of the wheel to the reinforcements, thats how long each spacer needs to be
12) take one of the stock spacers and cut it to the right legnth that you need
13) repeat for other spacer
14) replace the wheel, axle, new spacers, brake pin/spring/brake.


Note- if you do not do 3 perfectly straight (i did not) you may need to go back and trim/sand to make the brake/wheel fit properly.


and yes it is strong from the test ive put it through so far and i will keep updating this about how its doing and stuff if it is relevant

make a video that would be rad I would make a video but theres no need to reinforce my scooters for some reason I just dont break them anymore
