Can't beat the price. I don't think the wheels are that bad. Never broken one, though I did glue mine. No idea if glue helps at all.

thought so,because i lost my hot glue gun so i didnt glue the ones that came on my rup but when they were pretty cracked up i glued them
and im getting another pro wheel so i was jw'ing
