basically, i spray painted my ride bars and because im inpatent, i decided to put my grips on to quickly when the paint hadnt dried completly. so now some of the foam is like sticking to the paint/steel so im not sure what to do! tryed using hot water to ease them off but that doesnt work - ideas would be very helpfull :p cheers in advance

I don't think that an air compressor would work with foam... Just rip off the grips since you either should get some bmx ones or you already have like a thousand foam grips laying around...

furniture polish spray on a scrwdriver
put it under the grip and turn it all the way around the bar.
grip will slide off.

the thing is i wont to cut my bars down from 15.5's to 14's wide - since i keep hitting my knees doing barspins and my fingers and such.
