problem with fsa the pig?

i'm running a threadless fsa the pig headset with threaded razor pro x forks and deck. i put on a locknut over the threadless headset and tighten it, but when i ride on my scooter the forks and bars wobble alot and i can barley turn the fork (but when i lift it it spins easily) . what am i doing wrong? is the headset not compatible with the other parts? please help

It should work, chances are you just put together the headset wrong.

Yeah that happened to me but the bottom bearings were upside down and this fixed my problem.

No compression ring maybe?

have you got a fork race on? some people forget this

i made sure everything was on
but it was possible that i put the bearing on upside down

thought it is possible that both top and bottom beearings are upside down, right?

Sounds like you don't have a race on your fork.

thanks fir all the help. end up i asked my friend and the thing that i thought was a piece of scrap metal was the compression ring. so i put it on and now it all good
