Problem with normal scs

I finally got my scs and i put it on and i had to hammer it on to fork tube... i thought that was normal and now my shit wont come out.....i cant take scs off my zero offset and now im totally screwwed if i wanted to change my fork or headset.......


WHAt should i do?

loosen all the bolt and take a flat head screw driver and put it in the opening and just like spin it off

mark i just treid that and still not coming off

put a steel washer in the slot and screw one of the bolts in from the other side to stretch it out. it will slide off like nothing

Yeah, when mine was really tight i hammered it upside down, worked easily.
Then greased the shit out of my fork
no problemos
