Progression

The landing is parallel to the typical jump trajectory so the shock when landing is minimal. And I believe that, for the safety reasons the launch isn't like jumping an ordinary flybox, it's more like cannonball style, so I guess that if you reach the edge of the kicker you're safe (at least until you air the quarterpipe). The only way I could hit it (assuming I had any riding abilities) would be if someone provided me with a training roll in, cause the biggest danger I see is when you fuck up before, or while hitting the kicker. I don't really know if there's any scooter rider who has as much experience with really big speed freestyle riding as professional skate and bike vert/dirt riders that end up riding the megaramp but I believe one or two people out there could try.

Do you remember my snow scooter big air video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XpB9ExJFtEU
That's works exactly that. The whole thing is behind construction and physics if your body has enough mass to generate enough speed while rolling down the roll-in. When tried to clear the 30ft gap first time, i could not clear the gap no matter how hard i jump off the kicker, so i had to start from like 7-8ft higher on the mountain to clear the 30ft gap. The mountain was really steep at the top which made it pretty difficult to slide in but that extra 8ft had a big effect.
