Man I agree with you and all but gaps and stairs IS WHATS GETTING SCOOTERING NOTICED.
Think about it thats what EVERY pro skater is skating. Are you afraid to to whip/bar/360 a huge
gap or stair-set ? Sorry bro but gaps and stairsets ARE A PART OF STREET RIDING AND ALWAYS WILL BE.
Btw, what up with you lately and making all these threads dissing on park and what tricks are cool and what not?
I would also like to help stress that street is where its at and were people should ride, but your over-doing it.
Im not sayin you havent im just saying that vert is really fun im sure you have. but alot of other people havent really tried bowls out. i also now that street is realy fun if you can find some cool spots but were i live theres not many unless ago to dallas but ya im not trying to pick a fight im just stating some factsConor Davidson said:If you can show me where I was fight about it, that's be much appreciated.devinthedew DSC said:vert is way better and way funner air time is like flying and carving the bowls is just awsome you really have to try it out before you judge oh and why are we fighting about this you know everybody is not going to agree plus vert will help the sport get to the x games
And don't say I "haven't tried it, so I shouldn't judge it".
Ask anybody that's actually ridden with me, they will tell you that I can flow and air pretty well.
I don't like gaps and stairs, doesn't mean they're not burly.Jon Meadows said:Conor,

And again I agree with you, just seems lately you have been stressing over street/tricks a bit much.Conor Davidson said:I don't like gaps and stairs, doesn't mean they're not burly.Jon Meadows said:Conor,

And btw, this is the second thread I've ever made in the 3 year I've been on the site, that half to do with my opinion on tricks/spots.
I just think that our sport will get absolutely 100% nowhere until kids realize that street is ill.
fuck yes.Conor Davidson said:You guys do NOT know what street is.
I HATE stairs and gaps.
I'm talking about the GOOD street.
Banks, wall rides, ledges, pads.
Stuff that you can get creative on.
STAIRS AND GAPS ARE LAME. (Mckeen, don't kill me.)
Oh alright. Well look at nearly every sport that has been in the X-Games, it either was overly commercialized before the X-Games, which is why it got in there, or it got blown up after it was in there. I would hate for scooters to be like skateboards, or even like bikes. Both of those are too big (mainly skateboards) and it would suck to have TV shows with scooter riders making fools of themselves. I think it's better to have it stay more underground, bigger than it is now, but not overdone by being in the X-Games.Corey Winard said:tell us why alex...go onnnn
